There are several good ones out there (for those who still read textbooks.) Good general pulmonary texts include: 1) Murry and Nadel (my preference) and 2) Fishman.
In addition to those, I will mention Ron Crystal's The Lung: Scientific Foundations. It is a great 2-volume set on the basic biology, physiology (and pathophys) of the lungs and a great reference book for a solid foundation in pulmonology.

ReplyDeleteFraser and Pare's is the most comprehensive as long as I know. Unfortunately it does not include treatment.
