Normal PFT;s and the following CXR
Without dwelling on symptoms, does this CXR look like fibrosis to you? What would you say if her PFT's were entirely normal with that CXR (TLC was 85% and DLCO was 90%)?
Looks like very prominent vasculature to me. Fibrosis usually doesn't start at the hilum like that. But, if there is a question, I'd get a high res CT.

Looking closer, there are some hints of bronchiectasis--so this could be bronchiolar wall thickening.
