Radiology Wednesday - Case 2

We were called by one of the cardiologist for this abnormal CxR. How would you approach the radiographic abnormality?

I see a posterior mediastinal shadow, either a descending thoracic aortic aneurysm, or less likely a neurogenic tumor (neurofibroma e.g.)? How's that for a guess?

that looks like a posterior mediastinal mass. on the pa, is it continguous with the descending aorta? If so I would agree with aneurysm.
