BTW, JJ, do you have any f/up on the Rhodococcus case (http://pulmonaryroundtable.blogspot.com/2005/09/what-to-do-with-rhodococcus.html)?
Not yet, I think she has decided to treat it like a contaminant and not do anything about it. I'll keep you informed if anything turns up.
She will be repeating the sputum.
