Latent TB followup

Thanks for your feedback regarding the 80 year old with a 20 mm PPD. Her AFB's are negative from expectorated sputum and her CXR is without evidence of activity; she will be treated with INH for latent TB. We suggested to the rheumatologist to hold on Enbrel untikl well after the treatment for latent TB. I also was surprised that they wanted to give this to someone with a bunch of joint pains, but Cest la vie

How come you can spell cest la vie correctly, but the word "until" is spelled "untikl"

Actually it is "C'est" la vie.

I asked a one of the fellows how to spell it.

Because of her achy joints she can't run, but after she gets enbrel she will be ble to run maybe.
