Latent TB followup

Thanks for your feedback regarding the 80 year old with a 20 mm PPD. Her AFB's are negative from expectorated sputum and her CXR is without evidence of activity; she will be treated with INH for latent TB. We suggested to the rheumatologist to hold on Enbrel untikl well after the treatment for latent TB. I also was surprised that they wanted to give this to someone with a bunch of joint pains, but Cest la vie

How come you can spell cest la vie correctly, but the word "until" is spelled "untikl"

Actually it is "C'est" la vie.

I asked a one of the fellows how to spell it.

If she can run, I'd advise her to run away from the rheumatologist who recommended etanercept for her achy joints.

Because of her achy joints she can't run, but after she gets enbrel she will be ble to run maybe.
